Former MLB outfielder Elijah Dukes was arrested Thursday (February 23, 2012) in Tampa, Florida.
Dukes, 27, was arrested around 1 a.m. after being pulled over for a traffic violation. Police noticed marijuana flakes on his shirt, and they saw him trying to eat a small bag of marijuana.
