University of Northern Iowa tight end Darion Howard was arrested Friday (March 23, 2012) in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Howard, 21, was arrested after he was driving past City Hall when passengers in the vehicle leaned out the window and made obscene gestures toward the police squad cars. Police pursued the vehicle and found Howard to be over the legal limit.
