Story:

New Mexico State University guard Emery Coleman was arrested on Wednesday (January 16, 2013) in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Coleman, 19, was arrested in connection with a January 5, 2012 car accident that killed an 85-year-old man. Coleman was allegedly using his cellphone to send a text message at the time of the accident.
