Story:

University of Texas wide receiver Cayleb Jones was arrested on Tuesday (March 12, 2013) in Austin, Texas.

Jones was arrested for allegedly hitting UT men’s tennis player Joey Swaysland on Feb. 22 after he saw Swaysland talking with his ex-girlfriend. Swaysland allegedly suffered a fractured jaw.

Jones has been suspended indefinitely following this incident.

UPDATE: Jones had his felony charge dismissed and reduced to a misdemeanor.

    The “victim” is a tennis player for God’s sake. He is from Australia so just deport him. The team and Cayleb don’t need this distraction during Spring practice.
