University of Maryland lacrosse player Ben Chisolm was found not guilty on Thursday (August 14, 2014) in Virgina.
According to The Washington Post, Chisolm was found not guilty of assault and battery and he was found guilty on a charge of public intoxication.
Chisolm was arrested on June 22 and initially charged with aggravated sexual battery before the charges were amended for allegedly sexually assaulting a 49-year-old woman who fell asleep at a concert.
Chisolm was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service.
