Syracuse University lacrosse player Hayes McGinley pleaded guilty on Tuesday (April 21, 2015) in Syracuse, New York.
According to Syracuse.com, McGinley pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree harassment in the second degree. He was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and also must stay away from the individuals involved in the incident for a year.
McGinley was arrested on March 14 after punching a 29-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman in the face.
