The charges against Buffalo Sabres center Ryan O’Reilly were dismissed Monday (July 11, 2016) morning in Ontario, Canada.
According to the Buffalo News, the charges were dismissed after prosecutors found there was not enough evidence to proceed.
O’Reilly was arrested in July 2015 after his pickup truck allegedly struck a Tim Horton’s around 4 a.m. and he continued to drive the vehicle before abandoning it and moving on foot with his unnamed passenger.
