University of Illinois football players Darta Lee, HoJo Watkins and Zarrian Holcombe were arrested Wednesday (May 10, 2017) morning in Champaign, Illinois.
According to News-Gazette.com, the three men were arrested in connection with an alleged incident at a residence hall.
UPDATE: Lee, Watkins and Holcombe were dismissed from the program on Wednesday (May 24, 2017).
UPDATE #2: Holcombe pleaded guilty on Tuesday (March 20, 2018) as part of a plea deal to theft from person. As part of the deal, three charges against Holcombe were dismissed. He was sentenced to two years of second chance probation and 30 hours of community service.
UPDATE #3: Watkins was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge.
