NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Michael Annett was arrested early Sunday (February 6, 2011) morning in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Annett, 24, was arrested between 1:30 and 2 a.m. after he rear-ended another vehicle at a red light. He had a blood-alcohol level of .32 percent.
