Story:
Boston College defensive tackle Jaryd Rudolph was charged Wednesday (March 21, 2012) in Boston, Massachusetts.
Rudolph, 19, was charged with illegally audiotaping a consensual sexual encounter between a teammate and a female student in a campus residence that Rudolph and the teammate shared. He allegedly recorded the February 15th incident on his cellphone and shared the tape with at least one teammate.
Rudolph, a junior, was released on personal recognizance and ordered to stay away from the woman. He has been suspended from the football team.
