Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson was arrested on Monday (May 20, 2013) in Florida.

Johnson was arrested after an arrest warrant was issued on May 7 after he allegedly failed to report to his probation officer and also failed to show proof that he enrolled and completed Batterers Intervention Program. Johnson was arrested in August 2012 for domestic abuse against his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

Former NFL defensive back Randall Gay was arrested Thursday (May 9, 2013) monring in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Gay, 31, was arrested after a disturbance at a Baton Rouge bar.

Gay played 7 seasons in the NFL with the New England Patriots (2004-07) and New Orleans Saints (2008-10). He won two Super Bowl titles, winning Super Bowl XXXIX (2005) with the Patriots and then Super Bowl XLIV (2010) with the Saints.

Former University of Oregon football player and current NFL free agent Cliff Harris was arrested on Tuesday (May 7, 2013) in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Harris was pulled over at 8:30 a.m. for passing cars in a no-passing area while driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone on his way to court for his May 3rd arrest. Harris was cited for speeding, passing in a no-passing zone and driving without a license.

Harris was scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. so the deputy who made the traffic stop made a courtesy call to the courthouse to let them know Harris was running late and the courthouse would allow him extra time to arrive. Harris didn’t show up by 10 a.m. so the judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest. When Harris finally arrived at 10:15 a.m. he was arrested.

Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young was arrested twice over a 15-hour span Sunday (May 5, 2013) in California.

Young was arrested after being pulled over at 12:01 a.m. for making an illegal left turn. He was issued a citation and later released.

Young was then arrested around 2:30 p.m. after he was allegedly seen climbing over a fence at a tow yard. He said he was looking for his impounded vehicle.

Washington’s ex-girlfriend claimed he grabbed her by the throat and shoved her to the ground following an argument at her apartment.
