New England Patriots CB Alfonzo Dennard Pleads No Contest to Refusing a Chemical Test, DUI Charge Dismissed

New England Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard pleaded no contest on Friday (December 6, 2013) in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Dennard pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test and had DUI charges against him dismissed. He was fined $500, had his drivers license revoked for 60 days and sentenced to 3 years probation.
Dennard was arrested on July 11, 2013 in Lincoln on charges of suspicion of driving under the influence, refusing a chemical test, and a driving infraction.
Dennard, 24, has 35 tackles and an interception in 10 games this season.
