Joseph was arrested after being pulled over for driving without headlights on. He failed two sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol content of 0.054 percent. Joseph also had WVU linebacker Isaiah Bruce’s ID in his wallet.

Joseph, 19, was later released on $300 bond.

Bell was arrested after a domestic dispute. Bell allegedly hit the victim multiple times, threw her around by her hair and threw her down to the ground. Bell and the victim reportedly live together and have a child.

Bell, 21, was later released on $7,400 bond.

West Virginia University safety Darwin Cook and cornerback Terence Garvin were arrested Tuesday (May 8, 2012) in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Cook and Garvin were arrested for allegedly stealing snacks from a local convenience store on April 12. Surveillance cameras showed Garvin taking a bag from behind the counter, which Cook then filled with three bottles of Gatorade and two bags of Doritos. Garvin also placed two additional bags of pretzels in the bag. Cameras then showed Cook carrying the bag out of the store without neither Cook or Garvin paying the items. Arrest warrants were issued April 25.

West Virginia University center Pat Forsythe and former WVU forward Tommie McCune were arrested Thursday (March 22, 2012) night in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Forsythe and McCune were arrested in connection to a March 10 incident in which a friend of Forsythe’s found a wallet that belonged to another WVU student. Forsythe took two debit cards from the wallet, while McCune took $8 in cash. Forsythe gave the two debit cards to McCune, who then gave one of the cards to another WVU student. Both McCune and the other student then made purchases at the Qdoba restaurant. McCune made further purchases with the cards at two other Morgantown restaurants.

Forsythe was later released on $2,500 bond, while McCune was released on $5,000 bond.

McCune left the basketball team on March 12.

West Virginia University defensive lineman Jorge Wright was arrested Thursday (April 28, 2011) in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Wright, 20, was pulled over and police smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, police found a roach containing marijuana under the driver’s seat and a firearm in a duffle bag in the back seat.
